JOB DESCRIPTION

As a client administrator, you will be particularly responsible for processing clients' legal care cases. The work involves investigation and decision-making according to the Prison and Remand Act. The breadth of the client administrator's tasks may vary depending on which unit the position is assigned to. You will, together with the prison inspector/operations manager and with a focus on legal security, be responsible for and develop the ongoing legal care work and participate in legal care forums together with other client administrators. You will continuously guide, educate, and support other staff in the client process. Collaboration with other parts of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service and other authorities occurs frequently.

The client administrator's work is focused on the clients, both individually and in groups. This means dialogue and meetings with clients regarding their cases related to the identified risks and needs of each individual.

The role of client administrator will be flexible, and you will be present at both the remand facility and the prison.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree (e.g., in law, behavioral science, or social science) or other education combined with relevant work experience that the employer finds suitable
• Current experience in case management within state, municipality, or county council
• Good computer skills
• Good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

It is advantageous if you have:

• Good administrative law knowledge
• Work experience within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
• Relevant language skills
